Twice I spoke with a client rep to complain. Nothing changed. I felt very little sense of concern for my case and a $400K starting point for damages resulted in less than $50K. Most upsetting was the fact they told me in January of 2025 that the insurer we were going after was not the right insurer but they were willing to throw us a bone to go away. Then I was told the real insurer was who we would go after but after they threatened Kelly Lawyers with a frivolous lawsuit Kelly backed down. So the original insurer lied and Kelly bought it. The second insurer was not liable. I regret the decision to hire this firm. The money will not cover the damages I suffered with three of my teeth dying from a fractured eye socket. I am sure they'll dispute this review. But I spent three months crafting it and soul searching about what I needed to say. This is what happened. The insurance company lied. Kelly did not thoroughly investigate.
