I went here on 2.27.2025 with the intention of purchasing a New King James Version (NKJV) Bible. They definitely had some in their cute locker display - actual lockers that open up nicely and were labeled. However, what they had was not quite what I wanted. One was a huge Bible. It was not comfortable to hold. Another had teeny tiny lettering that my 42-year-old eyes could not handle for long. Lol. So after poring over the rest of the book section, I waved over the friendly young lady who welcomed me to check me out. When she realized they didn't have what I wanted, she recommended me to Hobby Lobby. (A "I could've had a V8" moment.) I purchased a book called "The Grace of Healing: Revealing God's Heart to Heal" by Bob Yandian ($29.39). It has been refreshing and helpful for me. Yandian gets straight to the point, but in thoughtful ways. Go check the bookstore out & eat at their cafe even if you don't attend the church. It is swanky cool inside! This shop is also is home to other businesses: a tea and coffee bar, Unity SoBar (@unitysobar), a live screen printing t-shirt company, Ink Works (@inkworkshobbs), and a customized hat company, Sinjed (@sinjed_). The lady who runs the place is super friendly and helpful. If you need a gift wrapped, they'll take care of it for you. I recently (9/14/2022) picked out this adorable gold chain necklace with a moon sliver and a star for my mother-in-law's birthday ($48). She loved it as she has never owned anything like it. I heard this cracking noise. and I thought it was very weird and suspicious so I went to go check it out and the entire top part of my glass container where the candle was completely black and it was cracking the glass and so I quickly put the top over it put the Kindle out and after it was for cool the glass was extremely hot and so I picked it up in the entire came off the glass jar.
