They also let you choose to work with a specific vendor for an item or two, or do some of the easier tasks yourself (like painting). They were very flexible and my budget really appreciated that. They also are very good about staying in contact and being open to questions. This was my first experience working with a company and I had A LOT of questions! You can expect to be satisfied upon completion. The owner does not calculate final payment until he is sure the homeowner is pleased. He called ahead on the appointment dates, he was on time, did the drywall repairs, came back after drying overnight and then painted the walls. Most workers just leave after finishing a job, but not Mr. Alexander; he cleaned up his work area very well at the end of each work day. He is professional, polite and does quality work. Compared to some other workers we have hired recently, his work was done correctly the first time without having to come back to make something right.
