Seriously YUMMY!!!!!!!!!! Can you say addicted. The popcorn is so addicting. The flavors are so good.

Plumeria Flours store finally open! Definitely will be a regular here.

This place is awesome!!! The mango cupcake and guava cupcakes are awesome!!! You should try their "Kahlua Pig" aka Caramel popcorn with bacon. Yes, with bacon!!! My wife's favorite is their "Queen Lelokulailani" aka Hibiscus popcorn. You should also "Wrath of Pele" aka chocolate with pop rocks in em?!?! While you're savoring the awesome chocolate goodness of this candy, you get this extra awesome poppin in your mouth!!! It brings me back to when i was a kid. Freakin awesome!!! Love this place and will work for them for cupcakes!!! Did I mention that this place is freakin awesome???

    Popcorn and cupcakes...yummy

I bought a Groupon to try this place out and decided to pick up some cupcakes and popcorn for a bachelorette party over the weekend. Ordered cupcakes on the phone - 2 dozen. Got the guava, mango, haupia, Kona coffee, and passion fruit cupcakes and they were all delish! They were in a square shaped box and each had a lid. Also got the kahlua pig popcorn caramel with bacon and another with seaweed. I ate the whole bag of caramel popcorn with bacon in one day. I tried the guava cupcake and it was yummy. Not too sweet and not dry. It was a pretty good size too. All the girls enjoyed the cupcakes at the party! Great place to get cupcakes for parties and events and highly recommend!

I found this place because I missed Hawaii badly. Who doesn't miss Hawaii? The cupcakes are soft and have just the right amount of sweetness. I'm not a fan of frosting, but I do like theirs because it's light. I like the tropical flavors like chocolate with haupia, guava, mango, and calamansi. I bought the Kona Coffee for my father in law and one whiff, I fell in love. It smelled so rich and decadent! The mango cupcake tastes exactly like my mom's mango cake, delish! If you want special flavors call ahead of time and put in an order, but anything in the case is definitely yummy. Try out the popcorn, too!

    Yummy caramel corn!

Their ube croissant is amazing, flaky oj the outside and creamy on the inside. We've had their cream puffs which we thought looked better than what it was but still a good little treat. Their cannolis are my favorite here, I'm a sucker for cannolis so maybe my review of them will be a bit biased. They are sweet without being overly sweet so you can easily eat more than one if you got the room. Everytime I've gone I've been greeted with a smile. The pastries are a pretty large serving size. We cut them, so folks can sample a bit of each. Mmm. Mmm. The ube filled croissant had a light creamy filling with flaky, crisp top layer and soft, fluffy inner layers. I'm not a fan of ube, but I didn't hate this. The fruit tart had a smooth, dense cream custard with a variety of fresh fruit on top. Portuguese egg custard tart had a sweet vanilla custard with caramelized top layer in a flaky puff pastry crust.

It's right next to Enterprise rentals, so there's a pretty big lot to park in behind the building if you can't find parking right in front. There are a few booths inside to enjoy your treats, but TBH I found it a little bit of a headache with all the lights flashing. They have 3 entrance/exit doors so that's confusing. You order on one side of the business and then pay on the complete other side lol They only have TV menus but the menus change from slide to slide, so you have to sit there and watch the TV go through its rounds. I prefer a stationary menu but there were no physical menu boards or anything other than 1 TV. If you're no familiar with Mexican snacks and treats, you may struggle as nothing has a description and not every employee is able to speak English well. Have some patience and google translate on hand if you don't speak any espanol. It's worth the treat!! I love bionicos! It's basically mixed fruit in a sweet cream, with a sprinkling of shredded coconut, granola, sometimes raisins. I'm a little picky though and the one fruit they love to add in is papaya so I always ask to leave it out. Other than papaya, they usually will have bananas, apples, strawberries and cantaloupe in the mix. You can get it as is, or with a scoop of ice cream. They have so many delicious flavors so I had to get a scoop of cheesecake ice cream on top. The cheesecake chunks sold me! They have such a great selection of ice cream, paletas, agua frescas, mangonadas and even savory treats too! Hot cheetos with cheese, I'm coming for you next time!

They said 'yeah' to my request to add a paleta and when they got back to the counter they just tossed my paleta like it was such a big request. Its out first time coming here too and I was really excited to try it but this whole encounter just ruined it for us and it didn't even matter if the products was good. Its just so unacceptable to have an attitude just because we don't speak Spanish and was practically rushed out.

I read a review that said the wings were wet so I kind of wasn't as excited about them anymore. So when I went here, I decided to go different and order their most popular food item which was the Chamorro burrito. Figured it was early enough that it would be a dinner I could save for later. I ordered a regular lychee iced tea because milk, no thanks. The guy who took my order at the register was friendly and helpful. The girl who I guess made my drink called for me and I was just all business for her. No smile no nothing just hands me the drink. I put my food in the car because I wasn't planning on dining there, but I went back inside to use the restroom as I waited for the bathroom to open up, miss smiley comes out and still doesn't offer a smile, although we made eye contact. Don't wanna hold it against her because everyone has their day where they're just not feeling people. But if you have a shop and it's called Peace Love and Boba, I would expect you to fake it for me. As for the burrito, it was good, but is it outstanding? No it's not outstanding, but it hit the spot for sure. I would have wanted more meat though. Does it make me regret not ordering the wings? A little bit.
