Ms Nazia has created a nurturing, safe, and calm environment that truly feels like the children are being cared for by a family member. One of the things we valued most is the low child-to-teacher ratio. Because of this, Ms. Nazia really took the time to get to know our daughter's personality and needs. Our daughter had intense separation anxiety but Ms Nazia made the transition very easy by providing more support, specially during meal and nap times. my daughter started going to Nazia when she was only 8 months old. she stayed for a year and it has honestly been a lifesaver for us. Nazia took care of my daughter as if she was family. She fed her well (my daughter was an avocado monster at 8 months!) and even sent food home sometimes. Nazia is super accommodating with times, even one time when we had forgotten to pick up by 6pm she was very understanding. Nazia has been there for my daughter through her sitting, crawling, walking and now climbing phases. My daughter was always happy and excited to leave for daycare and when the door opened she would run right inside without even looking back! Sweet Miracles was a perfect place for our daughter to transition out from care provided by grand parents. Ms. Nazia helped us a lot through the initial transition, by keeping us updated many times a day on how our daughter is doing. We were worried about the effect this transition would have on our daughter's diet as she was a very picky eater. But to our pleasant surprise, our daughter started finishing her lunch and other snacks, very soon after she joined. Ms. Nazia definitely goes a step beyond her daycare duties as a job. She is emotionally connected to kids, and it enhances the care and support the kids receive. This is probably the reason why our daughter loved going to Sweet Miracles and thrived there. Also, we found it especially helpful that Ms. Nazia was always very transparent about everything; whether it is the food the kids eat, their sleeping time, activities they do, COVID & other policies they follow. If there was a bad day (like kid not eating well or sleeping well), she would provide all the details, and never tried to downplay it. She also occasionally provided photos/videos of our daughter playing & having a good time there. We were referred to this daycare by a family friend. Initially we were reluctant to send our 1 year old son to the daycare but with my office work and my wife's undergrad classes it was extremely difficult to take good care of our baby. The Sweet miracles daycare was a lifesaver. Our son started attending the daycare when he was barely a year old, between June 2021 and December 2021. He always seemed very happy every time we dropped him off in the mornings or picked him up in the evenings. Nazia Ali took amazing care of our child and always had tips for us as to how to deal with our growing child's learning needs. She is very flexible with her schedule and also look after our child on weekends. This review is long overdue! I am not sure why this daycare has a 5/5 star review but it is important that I leave this review to also show the negatives and make sure some parents also understand. My daughter went here for about 2-3 months and I regret keeping her there that long. When we first started with nazia our daughter was the only one but as nazia took more children I can tell her care for our daughter was diminishing. She started not having our daughter not have consistency. One day she holds her to sleep one day she leaves her in crib to cry. It just depended on how busy she was with other kids. She was letting our daughter sleep in the high chair. Not paying attention to our daughter enough that she fell asleep in the high chair on more than one occasion. Thats not even the worse thing. My daughter came home with the worse diaper rash that became blistery and an open wound. Our daughter was crying in pain when it was barely touched. I represent the VERY anxious, skeptical, hard-to-please, helicopter mom - a "Karen" you might even say. So please trust me when I say you will NOT find better than Sweet Miracles! You will NOT feel safer anywhere else, and that your child WILL be genuinely cared for, and loved. We have been with Sweet Miracles and Miss Nazia for nearly two years. When it was time to begin a daycare, I exhausted myself visiting all the daycares I could possibly find and basically cried at the end of every visit. I was ready to quit my job because NO ONE could take care of my son the way I knew he should be cared for! Then we found Sweet Miracles and the heavens opened up, angels started singing, and light poured down on Miss Nazia's house! This daycare EASILY became our first choice. Trust me when I say there is no comparison. My son was young for his age, shy, and very timid. I worried about his social skills and just how shy he was when we started. Fast forward to now and this Queen won't stop talking, makes conversation with adults, kids, and dogs alike when we're out and about, and has a higher emotional intelligence than I do! He has a genuine connection with all the members of Miss Nazia's family and other daycare staff. I know that he has been nurtured, taught, loved, and genuinely cared for. While with Miss Nazia, my son has learned social skills, made real friends, and has learned a ton of preschool and kindergarten readiness skills! I am a Special Education teacher and to be honest, I have taken some notes on how to pattern some of my academic activities after Miss Nazia's! The physical environment is clean, structured, and organized. The learning environment is warm, inviting, and supportive. But above all, as a parent, I feel secure and worry-free knowing my child is SAFE with Miss Nazia. So I guess I was wrong: there are a few other people who can care for my child the way I know he should be cared for, and they are all a part of Sweet Miracles. I am no longer an emotional hot mess leaving my child in the care of someone else. I have even - on occasion - lovingly shoved him through those doors so Mommy can watch her stories in peace ... something I never thought I would be able to do. I appreciate Miss Nazia and her team, and feel grateful every day to have found them. They have made being a mother much less stressful, much more relaxed, and have made ME feel safe. What a nice loving care!!! I'm very happy with the service that Nazia provides. She is a great communicator with a lot of knowledge in child development. My 3 year old is always happy to see her. He is been attending Sweet Miracles for a little over a month and I can already see so much progress! He loves puzzle and sequencing time so much. He is well feed and clean every time I pick him up. Our son started going to sweet miracles when he was about two and half years old. He was a shy kid who would not open up and communicate well before going to the school. He completely changed within a month and now communicates very well with everyone. Ms.Nazia and Ms.Annie Madam are very caring and patient with kids. During the first few weeks of schooling my son used to cry a lot but the teachers were very patient in making sure he adjusted easily at the school. The teachers plan activities for kids daily and ensure that they are well engaged through out the morning. My son loves the arts and crafts activity that he does at the school and proudly shows that to us in the evening. I have been sending my 2.5 year old son to Sweet Miracles since July 2019. This daycare was referred to me by one of my family friends whose son went to this daycare. Transition for my son from a day care in Foster City to sweet Miracles was pretty smooth and not at all as hard as I thought it would be.He got adjusted to new daycare pretty quick and all thanks to Nazia and Annie. He would be welcomed every morning with a beautiful smile of Annie and happily came back home in the evening and not to mention he would be active. They are very well organized with the activities for kids. They pay attention to the food interests of the kids. They give you proper information about the kids routine along with sharing pictures and videos.They were flexible at times if I drop my son early or late for breakfast and pick up was delayed a little and that is really appreciated when both parents are working. By luck I found Sweet Miracles and Nazia. I was nearing the end of my maternity leave and my nanny share fell through. It just so happened that Nazia was advertising in my neighborhood and so I decided to give her a call. I was able to meet Nazia and her family and if I were to judge her based on their impression, they too would have been astounding. My daughter was just over 3 months old when she started at Sweet Miracles and although it was heartbreaking to leave her, it was comforting to know she would be loved and nurtured the way a baby should. As with any parent, I had high expectations of who my baby would be left with. At my baby's young age, I want someone that would hold, caress, talk, sing, and give my baby an abundance of love. As she gets older, I'd want the same but with a curriculum that will help my child develop academically and excel among her peers. Sweet Miracles offers all of this. Her home is clean and complete with activities, sensory toys, educational posters, books, and calendars. She has a huge backyard so kids have a balance of play and learning. Nazia's rates are extremely competitive and her policies mirror many industry standards such as hourly if your child is not going to be consistent or by day. We've had our daughter stay with Nazia since she was a baby. Nazia has provided our little one with a loving, clean, safe, and fun environment for the past 3 years and now we're going through a bittersweet transition into pre-k. My toddler son has been going to Nazia for 7-8 months now. She is wonderful with the kids! Nazia and her assistant Franchesca take such good care of him and all the other kids. We have been sending our daughter to this daycare since she was almost 13 months old. They took care of her with affection and care by holding her for long hours at the beginning and caring for her when she hadn't yet gotten used to them. We have liked their service a lot. They take care of her very well and she also had learnt few alphabets and numbers when she was just 19 months old. She knows days of the week, few rhymes now at 21 months. They are cautious to let parents know when to keep their child at home when they aren't feeling well to not affect other kids. They go above and beyond to ensure that the child is happy. I have to say this is one of the best family-run daycare in the area. The setup is nice, clean, functional, fun, and organized. The indoor and outdoor areas are both huge for a family-run daycare, and Ms. Nazia made sure that both spaces are not only safe but also attractive for the kids. Ms Nazies preschool is epicly clean and they have circle time for which they go over curriculum basics. My boys who started at 22 months learned their days of the week and month within their first few weeks. I liked how the kids have minimal TV time. Our toddler who started at 10 months did have separation anxiety for the first week, Ms Nazie was so thoughtful that she asked we dropped him off for an hour that first Saturday and Sunday as to reinforce his familiarity with her daycare environment and herself. Brilliant idea because following Monday he was officially adjusted and had no issues with drop off. Ms Nazie shows a genuine love for the kids which we greatly appreciate. We were looking for a daycare for our child who was 7 months at the time and were lucky that we found Ms. Nazia and her team. The things that were most important to us was finding an environment that was like a home for our child where they would be safe and get to learn and play with other children. Ms. Nazia was like a second mom to our child who needed some extra TLC at times. She would provide different meals for our child if they didn't like the food we provided at times. She would give extra attention during nap times if they weren't sleeping with the other children. She was also very flexible if we were running late at pickup. They are open for most of the year and only closed for a few days which was very convenient. Our 25 month old daughter has been going to Ms. Nazia for past 7 months and it has been wonderful journey so far. I'm sure it feels just like another home for my daughter. Ms. Nazia and Ms. Franchesca are very compassionate, soft natured and flexible. The best thing I like is they really love all the kids so much and enjoy spending time with them, which I think is required for any daycare to run successfully. The place is always very clean for the babies and toddlers to play around and have a great backyard too with fun stuff! Our daughter hardly spoke before joining this daycare and in a very short span she started communicating so well and our pediatrician also complimented her that her communication is so clear and nice! They teach the kids through several learning activities, phonics, puzzles, crafts and lot more, very educational! Ms. Nazia also interacts with the parents regularly to improve things as needed. They have fresh home made food everyday and our daughter is always happy and well maintained while at the daycare, she loves her friends there! Nazia has been a wonderful addition to our lives and I cannot tell you how much our family appreciates her. After having a bad experience at another day care, we searched Yelp and came across Sweet Miracles. After meeting Nazia and viewing her home and the children's play area we decided to bring our daughter here. Our daughter has fallen in love with Nazia and smiles every time she see's her. Nazia's home is very clean, organized, safe, and has tons of great toys and things for young children to play with. It's by far the cleanest and nicest day care I have seen. She keeps a great schedule for the kids (naps, eating, play etc), our daughter is always clean and well kept when we pick her up and smiles and waves to her friends she she leaves. Nazia is great at communicating with us and letting us know how our daughter is progressing and how her day was. She's prompt at responding when we text her, she notifies us well in advance if she needs to take a day off (which is rare). One of my favorite things about Nazia is that she encourages our daughter to do/learn new things like walking on her own, drinking from an adult cup, talking etc. It is wonderful that she encourages the kids to learn and grow. The other children seem very nice and sweet and have become close to our little lady. In short, Nazia treats our daughter like she would her own and that means so much to us.
