*Review based on takeout/delivery experience* My boyfriend and I are avid poke eaters, and we decided to try a new place out this time, instead of our usual spot, and if I'm being completely honest, it was subpar. If I were to rate this place, it would be a 6/10, and I'm being generous. We thought the TikTok Bento Box(5/10) was something new and interesting we haven't tried, so we got one of those. The portion size was EXTREMELY small, each section only had maybe about 5 pieces of fish, and it lacked flavor. The chile ginger noodles and the taro chips were the only thing in the box we thoroughly enjoyed. Onto the bowls: The Mango Albacore is one of their Signature Bowls (7/10). It had a few missing items I paid for, and the Forbidden Rice was severely undercooked. I gave it a 7/10 because the mangos in the bowl gave it away for a refreshing taste, but could have had somewhat of a bit more flavor. The Yuzu Salmon bowl (6/10), the forbidden rice was undercooked, missing ingredients, and the entire bowl was a bit bland and tasteless. Also the build your own bowls need more variety! They only offer 3 types of fish, and you can only choose 1, the rest are an extra charge, and they don't even put many in there. Its a useless charge for the amount you receive. The bowl has more undercooked rice than fish. Overall, I would not order from here again, and I'll just stick to my regular place. It was bland, tasteless, no variety, and the amount you get for what you pay for is ridiculous. No thank you. read more

I've been to this place a few times and the food is fresh and amazing, but I won't be going back. There is a guy working there, older, mustache that is such a creep that I stopped in the middle of trying to construct my own bowl, which I hadn't done before, and I left. He possessed no customer service skills whatsoever. He was rude and frustrated from the moment I began. Not sure why this individual has a job interacting with people. I'm so sad. check your takeout order before you leave the place. I got a bowl for takeout and it was missing two different ingredients, including one that I was charged extra for. They were training somebody at the time, which I understand, mistakes will happen. That's ultimately not my problem with this place... we are all human. Except customer service. Customer service was really annoying. You can't call, you have to text. It feels very corporate and robotic. It is a long and drawn out process. They ask you to take a photo of your order for proof, which i found obnoxious. This place seems to have pushed out the little independent poke store that was on the corner next to it. What a bummer. First time trying this place and I have to say, I really liked it. All the seafood was fresh and tasty. They have a choice of making your own bowl and choosing their signature bowl. I got spicy mayo and ponzu lime and it was a great combination. I wish they added more sauce though. They have vegan option as well. Great place and great service! read more

i love sweetfin for their variety! light, healthy and delicious poke!! most poke places are pretty similar, some better than others, but sweetfin has always stood on it's own (in my opinion) for their vast selection of toppings for bowls. not to mention, they also have different items like a poke burrito with a tortilla & other neat items. placing an online order is relatively easy and you can even sign up for rewards. i love their packaging and the portion sizes are just right. parking can be tricky but it's definitely not impossible, definitely try it out read more

First time I tried this place & ordered via Uber eats. Got the BOYB since there was a $5 off. When it arrived it was packaged very well. The poke itself tasted pretty good but was kinda warm. Didn't think too much about it however, not too long did the after effects happen. Since this review I have gone to the restroom too many times & I think it may be due to food poisoning. The food may have been sitting out way too long & I would not recommend ordering from them through Uber eats. My experience hasn't been pleasant since I have been going to the restroom at work non stop. read more

WHAT TYPE OF SCAM ESTABLISHMENT IS THIS????? Is this restaurant just sitting here to look cute? I attempted to place an order at this location recently on a Thursday afternoon, around 2pm. I walked in to place the order and the lady said "I don't know how to place orders. You have to wait for the manager to return in 30 minutes to place your order".... I am in shock that a business would leave one person in the restaurant to just stand there and say they don't know how to take an order?? I left because I don't have half an hour to just sit around and wait on a manager to show up from their lunch break. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. Horrible service! read more

I stopped by wanting Poke and I am glad I went with this place! A lot of places don't offer wild caught fish and they often don't taste fresh. However, Sweetfin offers wild caught and very fresh tasting fish! Kevin the manager was very nice, but also adjusted my dads order even after I had ordered. The service he delivered was amazing! My dad tends to be very picky with takeout, but he had no problem with Sweetfin! We will definitely be back! read more

I won a giveaway here and was so excited to try it out! My husband and I came here for date night because I was craving poke. The cashier was soo nonchalant and acted as if she didn't know anything. We asked her questions on the menu and her answers were brief and uncaring. I was already turned off. I got one of their speciality salmon poke bowls and my husband got spicy tuna. Their items are gluten free do I appreciate them for that immensely. They are prob gonna put the family owned poke shop they opened up next door to out of business and that's a shame. And they are inconsistent. Some people make bomb bowls and others make ok ones. But over all the flavors are reliable and the gluten free -ness of it is why we come back. Wasabi furikake! The pictures on the website looked fresh and delicious but what we received was subpar. We did two large build your owns. We ordered through Postmates for delivery. We were missing multiple toppings. I was supposed to get forbidden rice and they gave me all cauliflower rice. Literally got 8 pieces of kit even half an inch thick of salmon. Missing the seaweed salad, missing cucumber missing sauce? Honestly felt the need to write this review due to the service and price/quality of food, the employee thoroughly explained their menu and broke down how things worked and even went on to inform me that the fish were fresh caught and told me about where they came from which was cool. Their menu is gluten free and they have vegan/vegetarian options which is always a plus, I got the yellowfin tuna on forbidden rice with kale salad topped with pineapple, crunchy onion, seaweed salad, edamame, charred habaneros and pickled ginger with the gojuchang and poke sauces and was probably the best poke bowl I've ever had. They did a first time discount too and the bowl was less than $15 and to reiterate my prior statement was absolutely amazing . Will be back asap read more

In the land of Choose Your Own Adventure Poke, this place is a welcomed relief. My thought is... I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE GOOD POKE!! You tell me oh choose your vegetables, choose your sauce and mix it with this sauce and that sauce. What??? Usually I just end up with a mess of a thing that tastes all right. And I was okay with that, until I went to Hawaii and realized this was never the way poke was supposed be served. Hawaiian poke is pure perfection. The balance of taste crafted specifically for each fish... They decide how it should taste and serve it to you. Not this choose whatever you want thing. Sweetfin comes close. It gives you the option of the Californian poke, but it also serves up tried and tested bowls that they know taste good. And they do. I almost always get the Yuzu Salmon Bowl. Sweetfin is more expensive than others, but their ingredients reflect that. I suggest getting the Sweetfin app if you go here a lot, as you can rack up points towards $10 off your order real quick. read more

Not just great poke. BEST poke and BEST customer service. I've always loved sweetfin. But I'm so glad this location has opened. I will never go to another poke place within a 10 mile radius. The gentleman working (I can't remember his name) with the British accent is awesome. He is very kind and upbeat. He even gave my puppy a Sweetfin bandana. First of all, I appreciate that they have several vegetarian/vegan options since usually there's only one veggie option at poke places if even that. I ordered the miso eggplant and mushroom bowl, which was very flavorful and delicious! I love that they give you several options of rice( love the forbidden rice and bamboo rice!)I thought the combination of ingredients was pretty interesting( sun-dried tomatoes with mushroom and eggplant!), but surprisingly it all went together really well. My only complaint is that it's pretty expensive and the bowl is quite small( not filling enough for me!) For a splurge, I'll definitely be back to try their other vegan bowls! read more

My mom and I stopped here today to pick up some food and it was wonderful. They where so nice and accommodating about my food allergy and I was able to easily get something to eat. The food is delicious and they have lots of choices and it was really easy for me since everything was gluten free. They had plenty of vegetarian options as well.
