The food is great. But DO NOT ORDER for PICKUP after 4pm. Just go in and order. Way faster. I arrived 3 mins before my scheduled pick up time. I saw my order ready, waiting on the counter where they leave all the prepared meals and I waited for 20 minutes for them to pass up all the people there waiting to pick up their food and start making or fixing up and finishing orders that were for delivery!! My food was READY THE ENTIRE TIME!!! I was NOT HAPPY about my experience AT ALL! It was so unbelievably annoying. Service for people picking up orders should be better. read more

I'd give it 3.5 stars for their salads (I've certainly been to other similar versions of this concept with better food such as Crisp & Greens), but they cannot get their orders out on time here so hence the 1 star. The order ahead app said my food was ready at 12:30. Ready to be picked up. Done. At 12:45, I'm still waiting for a salad I ordered at noon. Meanwhile, everyone that stood in the interminable lunch line and didn't bother ordering ahead is now eating as I sit smashed into a corner with the other helpless individuals who thought ordering ahead was a good idea. To echo other Elite reviewers, Sweetgreen is a fantastic and most welcome addition to Cherry Creek North. While I am not a fan of franchises or chains entering the neighborhood (I.E. ShakeShack), I am beyond delighted to see Sweetgreen excel in various ways: friendliness, quick service, amazing ingredients, and incredible food at a fair price. I have not had one negative experience over the past year visiting this location and am glad to say that this restaurant has been the reason I have lost weight, gained more energy throughout the day, and became more aware of what I put in my body on a daily basis. How great is it that sweetgreen has expanded to Denver! So happy to see this salad chain growing all over the US...every community needs one. This location has opened up in Cherry Creek North...one of my favorite neighborhoods...on one of the trendiest streets...right next to Soul Cycle and across the street from the future Equinox. The photos of their food alone is a colorful representation of fresh ingredients and creative combinations. Every item on their menu has a hefty handful of healthy ingredients married together. It was so hard to decide on what to order! I have become obsessed with their Crispy Rice Bowl - there are so many textures, crispiness, crunchiness, tender chicken, and the spicy cashew dressing is insane! My husband ordered the Miso Chicken plate and he was over the moon with how tasty it was! We also ordered a side of curry cauliflower which was so delightful, wonderful spices and dipping sauce! I can't say enough good things. They have somehow found a way to magically combine simple, healthy ingredients with their own twist on spices, sauces, dressings, marinades, etc. They are truly unique. I just went to Sweet Greens and I had an amazing experience with Jasmine. I work near here and I always wanted to try it. Right when I got in I was welcomed in by the staff which was so sweet. Then was paired up with Jasmine and her essence put me in such a good mood. I asked for recommendations and informed of my food preferences. She informed me of the perfect salad and she told me she would make it like she would make it for herself. While she was making it we had a playful banter. The salad she made was killer!!! At the end of our interaction I attempted to poke the bread on display to experience the squishiness, she smiled and said the fresh bread we serve is a lot squishier than that one. Delicious! I had the Cobb salad and a side of corn and roasted red bell peppers. I added chicken to the salad to bulk up the protein. Tons of choices customize your meal. You can remove standard items, and/or add things like cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, feta cheese, etc. The salad was huge, fresh and crisp. The balsamic vinaigrette was just tart enough and just sweet enough. The corn and pepper side dish was yummy; I could have eaten an entrée size dish of it! I used to love coming here every week and look forward to it as my weekly treat. For the price, the bowls were filled very well and definitely felt like I got my moneys worth. About a month ago I went and everything was off. I felt very shoved out the door and through the line, there was barely any toppings on my bowl and my bread had mold on it. I thought it was just an off night so I went back and the same thing happened. I took a break from it because it wasn't bringing me the same level of gratification it did and I most definitely did not feel like I was getting my moneys worth. The manager served me tonight and sat over each topping shaking the serving spoon until a few crumbs of the topping remained before placing them on my salad. When I asked for more brocolli ( as there were two shriveled up stems) she told me that would cost extra. Not only were the servings microscopic and up charged, she was blatantly rude.
