Easily the worst customer service of any restaurant in Denver. It is impossible to get them on the phone to answer a simple question like whether they do dine-in service. Their website doesn't say anything about it, their yelp doesn't say anything about it and they don't do phone service it seems like. It's incredibly unfriendly and there are better places to go and companies that actually take customer service seriously. I'm sure the food is perfectly mediocre. Placed an order for 12 meals. One didn't have the extra protein, one meal wasn't with the order at all and I asked for silverware and napkins and none were in the bag. Impossible to get resolution from the store as they dont answer your phone call. You have to text with a customer service bot to get no where. Never ordering catering with them again. Nice fresh concept with plenty of options in putting together your salad dish. They've got some pretty creative menu items including hot plates. I especially like being able to watch them put the salad together in front of my eyes. My selection could have used substantially more dressing, though tasted delicious. They did ask me how much dressing I wanted, though my "moderate" response still didn't seem to be enough based on a standard recipe build. Fresh atmosphere, even though we did take out due to current dine-in restrictions. Chicken in my rice salad was very tender, and good spice kick. My wife enjoyed her pesto salad, and commented about the wonderful abundance of shredded parmesan. Love the packaging and size of bowls! Worthwhile going back to. Online ordering through the app was easy. Pickup process was quick too. They had outdoor seating with hand sanitizers on all tables where seating is allowed. I saw them clean the tables promptly once patrons left them. As to food - I thought they only served salads, but boy was I wrong. We ordered hot honey chicken and the mushroom entrees. Both were really delicious. The chicken wasn't dry. I'm usually not a fan of quinoa but it was actually pretty tasty as part of the entree. The mushroom was savory and went well with the sides. I AM OBSESSED! Sweetgreen was on my radar years ago when I traveled for work. I saw them all over and experienced the Reston, VA. location. From that point, I was hooked. We finally have a location in Denver and another coming to Cherry Creek. The Denver location never disappoints, and this place has a really special rewards program. On my last visit, my order was ready on time for carryout. I interacted with a manager named Jason, and he blew me away with his hospitality. I am a fan for life, now. I used to love this place and ordered from here at least once a week. Over the last month or two portion sizes have been cut in half. The serving containers aren't even half full, and there is less than 3 oz of chicken in my $17 salad. Quality of the chicken has gone downhill too. Poor management, high turnover, employees with no knife or food skills, low pay, no breaks. Uber eats and grub hub destroyed the restaurant industry for the workers and the people ordering. It's capitalism at its worst. Bunch of people who don't work for a living picking up salads for rich yuppies. 15-20 dollar salads and employees who work full time who rent rooms. Salad was fine, But they gave me NO bread, that i did specifically request, and NO utensils, (i found this out once i was already far far away in my hotel) I said YES to both of these things from the restaurant when I placed my order online... and they are the ones that offered it...to be fair!!!!! When traveling around the country in and out of hotels, and you have a short time to eat, Before you need to get work done, finding a set of utensils is a pain! I just wanted to enjoy my meal without scrambling figuring out how I am going to eat it! I should not have to open up the bag, and look at everything inside , this is the restaurant's job to make sure all of our orders are correct! Its truly incredible how we have all of these APPS and websites to order food that document exactly what we want, but the restaurant still cant get it right, I am amazed! I am never one to write reviews but multiple sitautions have occurred like this and I have to speak up. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. The staff is absolutely horrible. I went in today to order and legitimately stood there for 5 minutes while they all glanced up at me then proceeded to not greet me/come to take my order. They were "out" of broccoli and sweet potatoes. And by "out" there were hundreds of broccoli and potatoes visibly in the fridge. They just hadn't prepared them. Too much work for a restaurant that regularly closes earlier than the posted time. The manager at 2:30pm today was extremely rude and unhelpful. The quality of the food is far inferior to other locations and the service is shameful. Really really disappointed. read more

Ordered Sweetgreen today for the first time. It was a fail. I ordered the Guacamole Greens Salad with just romaine as the base. The romaine was okay but not the freshest and chopped in such big bits it was like eating a whole leaf. The cabbage was just one big piece of the core, the avocado was very brown and very mushy and I got only one tortilla chip. The best thing about it was the bread I ordered to go with. I ate the bread, the chicken (what little there was of it - maybe an ounce) and a few bites of the tomatoes and lettuce, but the rest went in the trash. From all the great reviews I read I thought it would be really good, but not so. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. I might try it again, but likely not which it too bad because there aren't that many really good vegetarian/vegan places in town. And it was really expensive to boot. I am sad. read more

The salads are decent but not very large portions for the price (though I expect that for downtown Denver). The ingredients are mostly fresh and the lettuce never wilted. However, every single time I've ordered chicken on a salad (I think 4 times now), I've bitten down into a piece of gristle (the really tough cartilage part of the chicken) and had to spit it out. First time I thought was a fluke. Second time I was skeptical. Third time I was absolutely grossed out and stopped going there. I tried it again yesterday, about one year later, and same thing happened. I know occasionally this is bound to happen but I've never run into this so consistently at any other fast casual place.
