Unfortunately this sweetgreen has serious issues with consistency and quality of raw materials. I once had to instruct the staff on multiple ingredients he missed in my salad, and then he dumped something that wasn't meant to be in the salad. I decided to just take it as long as he didn't charge me. But there are serious training issues here. The second issue is quality of ingredients. I just got a fish taco salad where the avocado is literally rotten and black -- take a look at the photos. There were also random inedible stalks of cilantro in it. The arugula was yellowing, and one had a black hole in the middle of the leaf. And the staff literally forgot to add the salad dressing -- lime cilantro. Literally turned my stomach to see the rotten ingredients and I'm throwing away the rest of it. I love sweetgreen! Fresh and tasty bowl options and the best in my opinion of the fast healthy salad/bowl options like Just Salad or Chop't. Came during the soft opening and ordered the Buffalo Chicken Bowl via mobile order and it was ready in a short manner. It was prepared well and had no issues being thrown on top of a bag of Trader Joe's groceries. Painful to watch experience. I ordered the usual without a problem until I asked for medium dressing. The woman put on a tiny bit, so I asked for more. This time, she put so much dressing the salad was completely white (Cesar). I asked her to stop putting dressing on the salad multiple times but she kept on going. She told me she would have to throw it away, so I told her I could give it away since there are always people begging on the streets in this area but she said she would have to charge me for that. I've been ordering Swwetgreen salad for my diet for a few weeks. I liked that I could customize my salad. It was ok and easy if a bit pricey. Tonight the blackdned chicken was grisly and did not feel like white breast meat. Once I'm turned off by something like this it's unlikely I'll order in the near future. Also, I'd prefer chunky ingredients like cucumber (theirs are paper thin) and red pepper, celery, chunky nuts and cheese...hard to find appealing, fresh looking salad.
