After actually not recommending i order this pizza, the guy explained that they take their gluten free calzone dough and use it to make the pizza so they can fold the edge over to contain cheese. It is a different dough/crust than they use for just a regular gluten free pizza. He also stated they did a well-done bake on this dough because it needs it. He also explained that they have separate prep areas for the GF pizzas. We appreciated that they are mindful of this and knowledgeable about their product in this manner. Its funny that I had to talk him into letting me order this pizza. He expressed fear about bad reviews. I explained we are a household used to GF items and its not a problem.
