The staff are very friendly and the bakery products are generally very good. It goes without saying that you pay more for homemade stuff (rather than some of the prepacked rubbish you find in supermarkets) but it is definitely worth paying slightly more as the difference is in the taste. They are always packed on a lunchtime with college students as they do sell sandwiches and other lunch items, so it is best to go before or after the lunchtime rush if you are in a hurry. All in all I really like this bakery. Especially the chocolate ginger cake!

The food is of top quality and some of the best in town, I frequently eat here with my friends because I know that I'm guaranteed a good meal. The majority of the waiting staff here are absolutely lovely people and I can count on a positive attitude from them all the time. The cooks are bloody amazing and the portion sizes are very healthy. In fact I'd go as far as to say the coleslaw in particular is the best I've ever had in my life... No exaggeration! I will say there has been once or twice I have been slightly irked, particularly when I noticed a member of staff standing around a corner clearly eavesdropping on a private conversation I was having with a friend and they even came and sat at our table at one point which to me is a huge no no, but I wouldn't let that sour my experience here because 9/10 times this is the perfect eatery. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Whether you're looking for a quick cup of coffee or to sit and dine for a while, they will always make you feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the town. There is ample street parking almost right outside so access is very easy, they also have an outside space for the sunny days. There is also free WiFi access on request. 4/5 Stars!

This is a great little pit-stop during a hard day of shopping as it is a sit-in place where you can get a cuppa and a range of donuts to choose from.
