From my very first meeting with Ruiz Painting & Remodeling, I felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. One of my biggest concerns was staying within budget, and I really appreciated that their initial quote respected that. As the project progressed, though, it became clear that the house needed more work than we originally planned. What I appreciated most was that the Ruiz team never tried to "sell" me on unnecessary upgrades. Instead, they acted as consultants, helping me understand where spending a little more would have the biggest return on investment. For example, they recommended replacing the bathroom countertops and shower door. At first, I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the extra money, but looking back, I'm so glad I listened. Those improvements completely transformed the bathrooms, and my realtor now believes we can price the home at the very top of the market.
