No judgement from him at all with the atrocious smell coming from our septic that clearly had been neglected & became clogged. He was very informative on the process, prices, & preventive measures moving forward. the guy could have been a comedian. so personable. praying we never have to deal with that again, but they are the only people I trust dealing with mine & my families crap. I called a dozen outfits for bids and to see if they understood the problem, had a plan to fix it, and to request bids. All said they would have to jack hammer through the Oakley stone, through the steel reinforced concrete, and then excavate. Sweet's offered a plan of attack none of the others knew of or thought of. It was the solution proposal I was hoping for. it did not require jack hammers or excavation. His crew showed up and worked for two days. I refilled the pool and it appeared the leak was not fixed. I called Joe Sweet. He stopped by. I'm in Boise, Sweets is in Shoshone. Joe said he would send the crew back. They showed up a second time and spent two more days. The leak was still there, but it was slower. Joe sent the crew back. They told me this was a manner of fixing leaks that wasn't new to Sweet's, but my plumbing configuration complicated the fix. These complications stymied all of the other bidders. Sweet's techs researched different methods of getting sealing material under the ground in addition to going through the existing plumbing. Their innovation and persistence solved my problem. Despite allof the additional work, Sweet's honored its original bill. To me it appeared Sweet's had a method of fixing through the pipe and when this did not fix the problem they researched ways to work around the problem. Sweet's is an honest, honorable, conscientious, innovative and persistent organization. I would recommend Sweet's for any plumbing or leaking issue whether it is a big problem or a simple fix.
