Amanda (assuming the wife) took all the info to ensure the problem could get taken care of. sweet lady. anyways, Alex was sent out to help us with this dirty deed. No judgement from him at all with the atrocious smell coming from our septic that clearly had been neglected & became clogged. He was very informative on the process, prices, & preventive measures moving forward. the guy could have been a comedian. so personable. praying we never have to deal with that again, but they are the only people I trust dealing with mine & my families crap.
