They had plenty of parking and this store is easy to access off the main highway heading toward Canyonlands. Well we needed coffee so we ignored the 2.8 rating. We walked into the city market and immediately realized that a 2.8 rating was generous. There were two CSR's behind the counter and one was making coffee for one other customer and the other CSR was laughing and talking loudly on her phone about something totally unrelated to her duties as a barista behind the counter. We stood there for a few moments before she even recognized us as customers, even though we were obviously standing right in front of the register, waiting to order. She rather coldly took our order and barely acknowledged us during her duties, making the coffee and then as she handed us our drinks she almost had her back to us as she delivered them, but then was walking away as she said something along the lines of have a good day or something like that. Nothing wrong with the coffee. So that gets the usual one star. But the girl who made our coffee doesn't deserve a one star and I'm not being cruel. Customer service is all about customer service. It's not about you the CSR. If you don't like people and if we interrupt you then maybe you need to go find a different job where you don't have to interact with people. Coffee-- my Americano gets a 4-star. It wasn't made with love.
