I needed to get my suspension lowered and was wanting k-tech ORVS valves installed. I talked to several riders at one of the local racers and got glowing reviews for Swick's. So I gave Kent a call. Kent was also at the race and knew who I was. It was great having someone who rides the same courses I ride and knows my speed. After about 15-20 minute discussion with him I was satisfied with what I heard and packed up my suspension the same day. His turn around was quick, about a week. I received a lot of instruction about setup that is more than any other suspension service I have worked with. This is especially great when trying to dial in lowered suspension since it takes a little more attention to detail. Out of the box the suspension felt balanced, stable, and resisted bottoming much better than other suspension work I have had while still being nice and plush on top. I also noticed that it had less stiction than any of our other bikes.
