Swift & Granite went above and beyond my expectations! I had never hired a bartending service before but Trevor and his team made it easier than expected. He was prompt at responding to the initial quote request made on his website (unlike others I had requested quotes from) and emailed me back within a day. We went over the type of event, how many people I was expecting and what I was thinking of serving. This was a memorial for our father, so I wanted to have the event be something he'd have enjoyed attending. It was a drop-in at his home over several hours so I was unsure of the exact number attending, but Swift & Granite worked with me to be sure we'd be all set regardless. They arranged a video call so we could meet and get it just right. We were only doing beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages and even though they do a speakeasy type set up more often, emailed me a shopping list and amounts of exactly what we'd need. Trevor stayed in contact before the event so I could make updates as needed. On the day of the event he and Vanny arrived early and with enough ice chests to set up and get the bottles cooling. The custom bar made it into the house and once set up was really professional looking. There was even a custom printed menu on the bar with details of the drinks. While we weren't doing cocktails, he suggested juice for a beverage choice, and was able to make spritz and mimosas that felt like glamorous cocktails. (Try the lime ginger mimosa, it's great!) Trevor and Vanny were so helpful seeing everyone had something to drink and stayed on top of it for many hours. They even greeted arrivals when I was called away.
