GE Customer relations was no help either. so a one year old microwave gets sent to the dump - this doesn't bode well for the planet. And retailers wonder why local businesses are not supported. Stay away from this one. They do not back up their badly made appliances.

In addition to her so diligently following through with my request - she was also the only staff member servicing the showroom that day.
