Awful customer experience. My insurance company contacted them to write up my roofing claim. Total…read moreclaim completely omitted drywall repair, proper supplies needed to replace my damaged roof, damaged items. Extremely frustrated to have to deal with this company. Ethan Rains came to my home and took photos of things which were not the focal point of my roof repair. I've had 4 contractors come out, each stating we have hail damage, as well as the lightning strike damage to my roof. Ethan actually tried to take photos of COTTONWOOD debris thinking it was attic insulation. Video saved for a later issue. To go one level further, Ethan lied when I asked if he would put the quote together for my insurance company. He stated he doesn't write the quote and to wait for my insurance company to finalize the quote. After speaking with my Claim Adjuster, he told me Ethan was in fact responsible for writing my quote. I tried calling him multiple times, texted etc. The coward sent my calls to voicemail. Steer clear of this company. How can I reach a live person from management?
