absolutely the worst place ever my mother had just got out of the hospital with a hip replacement went to her car and the battery they thought was dead. The driver Anthony came looked at the battery. Said the wires were corroded. It wouldn't start it needed a new battery he said he would be back in a half an hour. He continued to tell my sister who was waiting to take my mother home that he would be there in 15 minutes 20 minutes 30 minutes then it was I have a car that's needed to be towed. Anthony said I need to get to the police impound then I'll be there 30 minutes is what he told me after I called him to see if he was really going to show up he promised me he would be there in 30 minutes. 40 minutes comes he's not there so I drive an hour and 15 minutes to bring them a brand new battery and when I look at the battery, there's no corrosion on it. The battery looks brand new just like my mom knew it was but never thought the guy would flat out lie. He never came back and he just flat out Lied about the battery. It had a full charge. It was not even the battery my mother who had just had surgery wasn't thinking straight, and she had two keys, one that opened the door And The other key started the vehicle. Once my sister's husband was contacted He told them about that key situation, he would've thought of that off of the rip, but he was told that the battery wires were corroded heavily, and that the battery was dead so he believed the guy and never once thought about the two different keys scenario. Once I arrived and figured out that the battery looked brand new and had no corrosion He thought about the two different keys. It was another key and it started right up! Swift towing are crooks. I would never use them!!! They did my mom so dirty. She was there 4 1/2 hours sitting in a wheelchair waiting on this guy in horrible pain, absolutely unacceptable!!! I was driving on the freeway when I noticed a tow truck keeping the same speed as me so I look over and the driver was playing with his and tried to stay the same speed as me the whole time!!! (mind you, it was 30min) i had to stay behind the creep so he wouldnt be next to me!!! please don't get your vehicles towed by these creeps. who knows what would've happened if he was actually doing his job. Had a car without a key delivered to my driveway while i was away. The driver was instructed to drop the car off as far back as possible, so that i could still park in front of it. The driver picked up the wrong car first and then when he came back with the car he was supposed to deliver, he dropped it off almost 10 feet from the car at the back of my driveway. Now because of the gap, i cant pull into my drive without blocking the sidewalk. I called to ask if they would come out and fix it and they refused. Now i have to wait to get an abandoned title and a key for this car before i can move it back and make use of my driveway. In the mean time i risk getting a ticket for parking on the street overnight or blocking the sidewalk. read more

I was just on I94 with a swift towing semi driver. He didn't let a so veir into the high way he cut off two other cars to get in fast lane. He was a wreck less driver with no care of others on the road. Hailing 3 busted big trucks making moves like this. Never showed up after being contacted for a tow Said that they could not find a driver after we waited in traffic in the dark and rain for 1 hour. Almost getting hit in the traffic lane as we waited. Vehicle would not start or go into neutral so it could be pushed out of the traffic lane. Called the owner the next business day and he said he did not care. Terrible customer service. Driver pulled my mother out of the snow and was rude to her, taking advantage of her, and convincing her to pay more money than need. When I called the company to file a complaint, the worker was rude to me and refused to acknoledge the complaint. Avoid at all cost. read more

HORRIBLE! I called to get my car towed, and the driver dropped my car off at the wrong place and didn't tell me where he put it and stopped responding to my calls and texts. We were in contact and I told him I would come out because I live in an apartment and I would tell him where to put the car. He told me he knew exactly where I was at, and would call me when he arrived. Well, he never called, stop responding. I even called the dispatcher and he stopped answering. I finally texted and threatened to call the police, then they finally decided to answer but still would not tell me where my car is. His response was " where you told me to put it". He had the nerve to have an attitude with me. I had to call my insurance carrier and they are working on it now, and having someone locate my car. I told them not to send the same guy who didn't care about my car in the first place. He said he will talk to the guy and find out where my car is and, send a different company, thank God. read more

i recently had an issue with my truck needing a tow. my insurance company sent swift to come and give me a tow. the tow truck driver was very nice and friendly. i told him what was wrong with my truck and he checked to see if he could help out to make it's that problem. he somehow got my truck started and explained how i can get it to start again. he still recommended that i go to the shop. once i turn off my truck it's gonna die again he stated. it was true. i learned something new and he was a great friendly guy. read more
