Sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht in der Praxis BELLEVUE in Zürich (Dr. A. Bingisser): Ich musste eine Krone für ein bestehendes Implantat sowie ein NEUES Implantat machen lassen und wollte auch einen Stiftszahn mit KRONE versehen lassen - alle drei Zähne oben links: Den Stiftzahn hat mir Dr. Bingisser geschliffen, sodass als Folge ein Schleiftrauma entstand; er setzte bei diesem Zahn trotz Schmerzen die Krone drauf und ich hatte immer eine Entzündung und musste schliesslich den Zahn nach mehr als 1 Jahr ziehen lassen. Er machte mir daneben auch ein Implantat, von dem ein späterer Spezialist meinte, es sei "schief" gesetzt und die Schraube mit der Krone fördere Parodontitis. Ich kann diesen Zahnarzt nicht für Kronen und nicht für Implantate empfehlen. Leider war ich so dumm, mich hier auf das Internet (Swiss SMILE) zu verlassen. I don't reccomend this place!! First they say one price at the end they charge you 400 chf for taking pictures after the doctor was late for one hour - could not do anything. I don't recommend him Dr. med. Dent. Mehdi Sehri. Worst experience in my life. read more

Good Dr. gentle, but receptionisn't is aggressive and the bill to glue back a post was 250 sfr. Make your mind up if that's worth it.

For the USAers, let me just say that the Swiss dental care is top-notch. A teeth-cleaning at Swiss Smile takes no less than one hour. ONE HOUR. From what I could gather from the dental hygienist, as a result of having grown up with fluoride in the water, I now have to contend with slightly discoloured teeth. The Swiss do not put fluoride in their water. Interestingly, after both the 'sand blasting' and scraping (and bleeding) came not only the expected polishing, but also a little wipe-down of all the teeth with a fluoride-soaked bit of gauze. I was then instructed to neither eat, nor drink for the next hour to maximize the effect of the fluoride. Although the teeth-cleaning was a bit stressful, (I hadn't had to contend with dental 'power tools' before, and the whine in one's ear can be quite piercing) I felt very well taken care of at Swiss Smile. SS is relatively expensive, but worth it. read more

My experience with this clinic was not good . I would have expected a more professional approach given the so called " premium luxury " brand they sell on their website. I was at this clinic twice - the first time I was treated the Doctor in question did not apply the Provisorisches Zementieren correctly due to bad praxis and consequently I had to go back to the clinic 10 days after to see another doctor and seek correct treatment. After such treatment the clinic kept sending me bills for the first treatment despite I was clearly victim of bad praxis . The bill for the second treatment was quite high in comparison with other top dentist in Zurich however I had no problem in paying given that the issue was solved. After calling the clinic and asking them why they kept sending bill is for the first appointment - which I have till this day no clinical records as the doctor " allegedly " left the clinic , they kept telling me to call the company MF Health group and speak to them. For me it is not a question of money but of professionalism which it was absent at all times I communicated with them. Terrible client experience . Maybe I was unlucky however I thought to share this experience so that they do not behave in such way with future patien/s. read more

I love the friendly facilities here. Feels like a fishbowl, but in a cute and relaxing way. I've been here for cleanings and more difficult work and am always pleased with my interactions. The equipment and dentists are great. Need English speaking? They've got it! read more

I didn't love it here. I visited three times in Feb 2019. The estimate for filling 2-3 cavaties was around 150-300chf but my bill for 3 hours of cavity work on one day came to over 900chf! When I emailed (twice!) to get an estimate for my follow up appointment, the receptionists would not give me an estimate. I get that it's difficult to estimate dental work costs, but that's really ridiculous. Also, the dental work itself was not great, and my teeth are now constantly filling up with food. The hygienist was very kind, sympatische, and informative, and spoke English very well, but of course she tried to sell me one of the electric toothbrushes, even though I already have one of the best ones on the market (rated #1 by Kassensturtz, Switzerland's version of Cosumer Reports). Like many things in Zürich, Swiss Smile is more about money than patient care. read more

Their hygienist broke a filling during cleaning (scratched violently with a metal hook), didn't mention anything during the appoinment and i discovered 10 min later, when touching the tooth with my tongue (the filling was at the back tooth). I complained immediately, but SwissSmile denied all responsibility. Their doctor checked, confirmed that the cavitity was clean and very recent, no decay around, but still no action, not possible to find even a middle ground. Never again... read more

Please don't go here. I went there for several treatments, but after an awful experience in Oct 2016 I moved to a dentist in Germany, recommended by the expat community. Swiss Smile charged me for things I did not ask for. They also recommended to pull an infected tooth, put an implant and crown to replace it, and pull 4 wisdom teeth, which would cost me CHF 10.000. I went for a second opinion at a German dentist and he had the same recommendation as my dentists back in the US and the Netherlands; never pull the wisdom teeth at my age (late 30s), unless you're in pain. The German dentist also did not pull my infected teeth, but was able to treat and save it. In the end it costed me 1000 Euro, instead of the CHF 10.000 Swiss Smile calculated. My last treatment they also started a complete check, while I just came in for some x-rays. I had to explain twice what my appointment was about till the dentist (Mrs Paul) stopped. I am still arguing the invoice, as they also invoiced me the time spent on things I didn't ask for. In the discussions about the invoice there is zero acknowledgement that they could have made a mistake and zero flexibility. They don't explain and ask when you come in, they just start. They really don't put themselves in the clients shoes. Therefore, please really avoid this place and find a different dentist. read more
