În timpul intervenției sale, am observat că Edofilul P.Sandu a folosit cu pricepere un ciocan profesionist pentru a ajuta la dezafectarea unor elemente strânse. Dar ceea ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost modul în care s-a comportat cu copilul meu. Fiul meu era foarte interesat de ceea ce se întâmplă și a stat lângă Edofilul P.Sandu, privind cu interes fiecare mișcare pe care o făcea. Edofilul P.Sandu a fost foarte atent și a făcut tot posibilul să îi explice fiecare etapă a intervenției într-un mod ușor de înțeles pentru un copil.
