He does not respect women. He kept my lawnmower for a month and a half. He said that I need a new engine that he could find me a replacement for my old one. After going to the shop each week to check on my mower. Jay then tells me after six weeks of having it at his shop that he could not find me a replacement engine. He asked me to give him another week to get me a different lawnmower after he parted out with my old one. In the sixth week he said that he had me a lawnmower and asked me if I wanted it or not. I went to see it to see if it would start and run. He started it and let it run while he still worked on it. I paid him for the lawnmower and brought it home. I cut my backyard with it and at the end of the yard work it stopped. I checked it did not have gas in it. I filled it up with gas. The gas ran out. I took a video of it and sent it to Jay. He never responded to me in a week. I texted him and I went to the shop to see him but it was closed. So, I left a written note for him along with text messages and phone calls. Jay never responded to me. I also requested a refund. After waiting another week I went back to the shop to see Jay. This is when he got irritated with me, yelling and hollering at me. It led to the police being called and me filing a police report. Do not use this business for your mower or weedeater to be fixed. As it will only be used for the parts and or sold to someone else for money. I would NOT recommend this shop at all. He does not return calls or text messages. He thinks he is right and will make a lie up to not refund you your money.

This company charges a fee just to come out and look at the issue. I called this company because I…read morehad a washer in one house that was not working and also a dryer in a guest house with not drying. The technician said the washer needs new "rods" (or whatever the technical term is) because they had gotten off balance "probably due to overloading." We paid his service fee and my husband ordered new "rods" and installed them perfectly. Still did not work. We called another company out to look and that technician said it was not the "rods" at all, it was the gear box and it was too expensive to fix. We just bought a new washer. Same day, I paid an additional service fee for the A-Tech tech to look at the guest house dryer not heating and drying. He turned it on and said it was blowing and working just fine and left. We tried to dry clothes that evening and it never heated up at all. We bought a new dryer. I feel like he misdiagnosed both issues, walked away with service fees paid and neither problem was fixed.
