Absolutely no hesitation, 5 STARS! Highly recommend the V8 Hot Laps. Very popular, many people. Spectators welcome. The lead up is mildly tedious but be patient. Just let the excitement, butterflies and fidgeting slowly build as your turn creeps closer. Then.... "You strap yourself in and feel the Gs". Awesome Simpsons quote! But seriously, you're strapped in properly by someone that knows a 5-point harness. Don't be like me and put all your eggs in the 'I'll just get the photo' basket. BUY THE USB! My photo was horrible (not the photographer or quality), just a bad photo. So I didn't buy it. But my reaction passenger-side would have been hilarious. Could not wipe the goofiest, biggest smile off my face. But I'm still walking away with a memory. I did the 3 laps front seat ride but you can do that in addition to driving yourself. My partner also came and did Stage 2 of the Advanced Driver course. The ARDC Garage coffee shop is also a great spot to view cars exiting pit lane whilst enjoying the comfort of air conditioning. read more

Such a great place to be. Out in the sun (bring sunscreen) theres just a vibe of fun... and the smell of fuel. I came here for the 2nd time to complete stage 2 driver training, advanced driving. Which I strongly recommend for everyone, beginning with stage 1 driver aware. These courses should be required to get your license and teach even novices who have no interest in cars the basics of car control and what to do in an emergency situations, and how to recognise when you're in trouble. It's a fun day out and theres always the entertainment of watching some race cars go flying around the track. My partner came along to do a V8 supercar experience ride. She loved it and said she wanted to have another go. I'll be sure to return here to do more training, my next being performance driving on the track! and maybe a V8 driver experience. read more
