They have been put once (4 weeks later) and tried for a few minutes to remove the debris, but were unsuccessful and said they would need to return the following week. That was June 13th. They have never returned. We have tried to get our money back, I have left several voicemails and been completely kind. I leave this review hoping to have someone call me back and resolve this issue.
