My grand Daughter has been with Sylvan of Findlay two different times and we are very thankful for all the help she received, especially with math. She has been on the honor roll at her school both quarters this year....including Math! It's great to know there is somewhere in Findlay we could find the help she needed. The staff is great, with such pleasant hellos every morning and just heartfelt goodbyes at the end of the day!! As a parent I absolutely love the scheduled days for my children, and that they are always doing something meaningful and vital for their growth and development! The fact that they offer lunch is a huge plus, one less thing to worry about on my end in the mornings AND its a well balanced meal that will hopefully get my picky eater to begin social eating and try some of those foods that she currently tries to stay away from. I would recommend this center to anyone any day of the week!!

What impresses us most is that this school is truly Catholic by design--a Catholic school catch-phrase in which we were beginning to lose faith. The Catholic faith is important at St. Wendelin's as evidenced by the high quality religion teachers they hire as well as the content of the religion classes. St. Wendelin's is an easy drive from our home in Bowling Green. We appreciate the family values, faith, and friendliness that we have experienced at St. Wendelin's.

This review is mainly of the basketball arena, since that's where I've spent most of my time, but…read moreI've seen a bit of the rest of the school. I'm not a student, so I can't speak to it academically. Sweetie's brother goes here, and plays basketball. So four stars is just right, because I am indeed a fan. The arena is fairly small, but well-laid-out and works well for spectators. Concessions, tickets, bathrooms, etc., make sense and are cheap and clean. Parking isn't too bad; there are no public lots right next door, so you need to walk a bit, but there is plenty. As for the rest of the school, the campus is pretty and there are some architecturally interesting buildings. His dorm is, well, pretty typical, though a bit nicer than my dorm at OSU long ago. Students are friendly, and I haven't seen any craziness- but then I haven't been there late on a Saturday night.
