The fish they had cooked and ready and sitting on the top wrapped up for a few minutes waiting for the chips because by the time the fish was cooked, there were no cooked chips left in the tray to serve up. Our fish waited for the chips, when the chips finally came we were handed them pretty quick but by the time we got them home the fish was disappointingly a little cold. Aside from that, it tasted good however the fish I had was a little boney. Overall this place is set up for speed as much as possible but needs a little more coordination on serving to maximise the quality of the meal.

They have the usual menu you find in all chip shops - fish, sausages, fiscakes etc and they also have childrens meals that include a drink. They also have a slush puppy machine which is always a great hit with the kids during the summer! Most of the times I have had food from here it has been really delicious although on a few occasions I have found the food to be a bit too greasy. The portions are always very generous. Prices are reasonable - about the same as all nearby fish and chip shops. It does get very busy sometimes so be warned you may have to wait!
