As that one came to the end with AGAIN poor communication from the Westons, I get yet another call requesting another extension BECAUSE they screwed up and this " terrific ad" wasn't coming out until the following month. Hell no..., if you cannot communicate and are too incompetent to keep a calendar, then no. We let the listing expire, hired another agent with a different brokerage and BAM, the house is sold over asking with multiple offers in an easy transaction.

I've been trying for a month now to get this agency to stop making misleading and major false…read moreclaims on their listing, such as claiming a property that is not on the ocean as being water front. That is a six to seven figure fraudulent claim, just so they can have their MLS listing show up on searches of people who only want to see properties that are actually the water... and not several blocks away. They have not responded to any of my communications and also remove my polite comment from their Facebook page. What does that tell you about the ethics of this business? This is misleading, makes the firm look shady and untrustworthy, and is just plain wrong, not to mention a violation of the National Association of Realtor's Code of Conduct - which can result in fines and penalties. This company needs to stop lying on listings. This isn't a minor issue like counting a half bath as a full bath. This is making false claims that would normally add $500,000 to millions on to the actual property if it was true. Stay away from places that do this kind of unethical and untrustworthy behavior.
