For a woman's haircut that is a great deal. I tipped a lot, because this hair cut would have cost at least $50 in the US. The people were very nice, quite gentle, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I will definitely go back here even though I could wait until I am back in the states. My mom had gotten her hair colored and highlighted right before our trip back in the US and had gotten an awful result that made her upset since we got to Berlin. So I found her a hair salon and this was the one and I'm so happy it was!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful even though we don't know a word of German. They were very hospitable, bringing us drinks. And the beautiful lady who helped my mom (unfortunately don't know her name) diligently made sure to understand what exactly my mom wanted and delivered amazing results! My mom loved it so much she is considering getting her hair done here more often :D

I got assigned a man working in the corner, he was middle aged and had short dark hair. Right off the bat he seemed out of it and kept running into things, talking wildly to those around him, and dropping the tools he was using. I also noticed a woman at the counter staring down at him disapprovingly the entire time he rummaged about. I just said I wanted a fade on my sides but what he began to do was so reckless and unconcerned that two minutes in I knew I was in a seriously bad situation.
