Nikki the manager was nice, showing me the kitchen area and answered all my questions (also buzzed me back into the office from outside the building very quickly). I loved the rooftop where I enjoyed my lunch from a great nearby Thai place (Thai Island, excellent pad thai). They also offer a day pass for the communal area, with telephone booth access for quick meetings. I'd definitely come back here if I'm in town and need a reliable workplace again.

This shopping center is conveniently located off 'F' Street and tucked away behind Third Avenue…read more You can enter the parking structure from Third or F Street. This location is managed by Smiser Family Properties. This complex includes several services from Lawyers, restaurants like Culichi Town, The Gym (yes it is a gym, called the gym), dental and medical services, barbershop, ice cream and several others. I honestly didn't realize how big this shopping complex is, as you only see a few businesses driving down Third Avenue. This shopping center is an open style and easy to walk through, with the exception of some construction going on. The signs make it easier to find the suite you are looking for. I recommend parking on level 3 if your suite is upstairs and level one if your suite is downstairs. The middle is very bouncy, as the parking structure seems to be a loose suspension structure. If you have bad nausea like me, park on the bottom level. You feel EVERYTHING! There is a directory on the bottom entrance and I was able to locate where I needed to go quickly, the downfall is i walked all around because the only way up was under construction, it is easier to get there from the parking structure.
