Of course I called and asked did they do a day pass. I receive a call back within 10 mins and was able to walk in and purchase my pass. Love this place so much & Nikki was awesome. - Coffee for all! Thats right even if you are not a member you can grab some coffee and tea - Leftover snacks available to all (members have access to the member only fridge) but there were snacks available from an event had which was great! - Private telephone rooms for conference calls - Awesome rooftop - THE BEST DECOR! I definitely will be looking into a membership at Expansive Phoenix

I booked an office for the day since I needed to speak during a video call, and that worked out perfectly. Nikki the manager was nice, showing me the kitchen area and answered all my questions (also buzzed me back into the office from outside the building very quickly). I loved the rooftop where I enjoyed my lunch from a great nearby Thai place (Thai Island, excellent pad thai). They also offer a day pass for the communal area, with telephone booth access for quick meetings. I'd definitely come back here if I'm in town and need a reliable workplace again.

The people I met there felt like real coworkers, and the team goes above and beyond to actually get to know you, not just check you in and hand you a coffee. The space itself is adorable, has incredible energy, and the snacks are an underrated bonus. They have extra monitors available (first come, first served), and as someone who got there early, I never had an issue. Honestly, that alone was a huge selling point for me. I moved away and had to give up my membership, which was genuinely sad. But if I ever move back to San Diego? I'd be back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Responding to the below: I've been a paying member for over one year. The card was declined this month, but I was not notified until August 5, when they said I now owed a $25 fee on top of my normal $95 normal charge. The COO cannot do math as $25 is actually a 26% fee, all because they couldn't just contact me to update payment when declined like a normal business would do. I certainly don't treat my clients like that, and everyone should run far, far away from these guys.

I first discovered SD Made when I booked a scent‑making session with an artist who had her storefront/studio inside the warehouse. I was instantly intrigued and wanted to learn more. That's when I found out they host events, offer coworking spaces, conference rooms, podcast rooms, and rentable studios for artists and creatives of all kinds. I knew immediately this was the perfect coworking space for me as I stepped into my next career chapter. Their pricing is reasonable, the amenities are great, and the people are cool, like‑minded, and welcoming. It's a laid‑back coworking environment -- something surprisingly hard to find in San Diego. Even though I no longer rent a coworking space, I stay connected through their local events and by supporting the artists and creatives who work there. I now come here to buy ceramics, candles, scents, and other beautiful goods. Whether you're a community member looking for fun, free local events, an artist searching for a studio, someone needing a coworking space, or a person wanting to host an event -- this space is amazing. Come be part of the fun.

Parking isn't easy (unless you have access to one of numerous private lots) but it's not horrible either. This DeskHub location is two stories, with a kitchen area on each level- including free snacks and coffee. It's a very modern building with great decor and a clean look. There are conference/meeting rooms available in addition to all the desks (obviously), and individual 'hub' stations that I imagine are for a person who needs to make calls with a bit more privacy. Oh, and there's a hammock- yes, hammock. I'm not sure if that's for anyone to use or one company owns it, but I was definitely intrigued!

I think every city should have somewhere like this to go to when you need to rent a conference room or if you just need a workspace to call your own for a few hours. Whether you need a space full time or just for a day this place is the perfect spot for you. It's located in a cute neighborhood in San Diego with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The bright and spacious layout of the building makes you feel like you're almost in a lounge and not so much an office. I really appreciated the comfortable and modern furniture and kitchen area with coffee, water, snacks and fridge for any food you bring along. The women who work at the front desk were very kind and helpful throughout my time there. Thanks for a great work experience during my business trip to San Diego, Deskhub!

He even made recommendations on where to sit based on the type of work I was doing (revising a manuscript) and was spot-on. - The facility itself is very clean (I've been there late when the cleaners come, and they are thorough). - The short-term and flex options are helpful, especially when you're working on an ever-changing timeline. - Even though it's located in North Park, it felt sectioned off from the hustle and bustle. - I actually got a lot of work done, which was a win after months of cabin fever and dragging my feet. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a space to work. Highly recommend.
