The ones I rented had hair folded into them. And to top it all off, they wouldn't take the return in the bags the servers put them in. I had to take them back and fold every one to return.

The party package advertised a "host," but the only thing our host did was bring the pizza into the party room. There was no help organizing the party, assisting with the kids, or checking in to see if we needed anything. The cleanliness was by far the biggest issue. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, with feces smeared on the walls, which is completely unacceptable in a place designed for children. The play equipment was also visibly dirty, worn down, and some areas appeared to be in need of repair. Many of the staff members seemed very young and disengaged. They weren't paying attention to what was happening around them, and customer service was minimal. To make matters worse, several attractions were closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we paid full price for the party package. Overall, this experience did not come close to matching the cost. I expected a clean, well-maintained facility with attentive staff and the services that were advertised. Unfortunately, I left feeling like we paid premium prices for a very subpar experience. I wouldn't choose to host another party here unless significant improvements are made.

All of the hot food was presented on a silver Buffet warmer, heated by sterno cans. Very fancy! The slider buns were in a beautiful wicker basket. The food was so delicious and plentiful! We ended up by having a little bit left over, more than enough to feed our hungry family. Definitely I would hire them back for future events! We appreciated that Jess stayed initially to make sure things were set up properly and we were satisfied with everything she brought. We highly recommend A Catered Affair!
