History

Established in 2022.

Formerly known as NOS Lawn Care & Landscaping, the company was founded in a high school French classroom. Two friends and I decided to give it a try, each bringing our own strengths to the table. Over time, the team naturally narrowed from three to two, and eventually to one. Since then, I, Josh Synnott, have continued to grow and expand what we started. Four years later, and with hundreds of clients served, what began as a sophomore summer hustle for gas money has grown into a full-time business. Today, we proudly serve over 50 annual clients and look forward to continuing to grow and serve many more.

Meet the Business Owner: Josh S.

As a young business owner, I strive for excellence in everything I do. I first started at just 10 years old, helping neighbors and family friends with small jobs, and from that point on I knew I never wanted a traditional office career. I’ve always found fulfillment in hands-on work and in seeing the results of my effort at the end of each day. One of the things I love most about being a business owner is that no two days are ever the same. Whether it’s a new job, a different task, or an unexpected problem to solve, there is always something new to learn and improve on. Being an owner also means having control over my schedule, the type of work I take on, and the standards I hold myself to. Ultimately, I choose how my business is run and what principles it follows. I was raised to work hard, treat people with respect, and always be honest. These values are the foundation of my company and guide every job we take on and every client we serve.
