Søgaards Bryghus or the Missing Bell Brewpub is a church disguised as a brewery. Here's a place that you can pray and drink at the same time and with a splash (see pictures) of humor. Gayle and I came here as part of a beer crawl between Lunch and Dinner. Hence, this review only covers our "Liquid" meal. Inside is a cozy pub atmosphere where we ordered our drinks at the alter and consumed it while sitting at the altar benches. I guess you could call this our Bible Belt. :) I was very impressed with the beer selection, especially at the heavier (stout) end of the spectrum. I also left with a nice bottle of home made bitters to take home. read more

Went here for a lunch meeting with good friends. We had the brunch platter. The food is plentiful with lots of different choices. Most of it was "cold" / not well prepared and the service was non-existing. I think it they made an effort it could be a great place. read more

The food here is good. I love their burger. Big and with homemade fries. It's kinda pricy in here, but also good food in nice environment.

I 2004 åbnede vi dørene til et af Danmarks første kombinerede restaurant, mikrobryggeri og ølstue. I vores lækre og smagsfuldt indrettede bryghus har du mulighed for at opleve og nyde sæsonens håndbryggede øl og et veltillavet måltid mad. I underetagen findes selve bryggeriet, som er en integreret del af huset - det er kun adskilt af en glasvæg, hvorigennem man kan følge bryggeren i hans arbejde, samt få et kig ned i de "åbne kar". Vores brygmester har altid 5-6 ufiltrerede øltyper på hanerne og derforuden et stort udvalg af husets egne flaskeøl - alt fra lette klassiske pilsnertyper, til de aromatiske og fyldige ales og de mere "stærke" øltyper som Dubbel, Trippel og Barley Wine.

Established in 2004.

Bryghusets Baggrund Personerne bag bryghuset er: Direktør - Claus Søgaard "en god årgang 1962" og hans hustru Lisa Søgaard "en god årgang 1966". Begge har vi baggrund i Hotel og restaurations branchen. Vi startede i 1990 sammen på Roslev Kro - og overtog i 1996 Pakhuset Hotel & restaurant i Nykøbing Mors. Claus har en baggrund som butiksslagter, kok og tjener, samt diplom brygger. Lisa er uddannet kok.
