Most of the time, the airport caters for chartered business jets taking passengers to other European cities, for business or leisure. DanFly Aviation training school is also based here, and you are most likely to see student pilots in the cafeteria. The cafeteria itself, is definitely the best place for lunch in Vojens, since new management took over. The daily special costs 35 kr, which is good value for money. Overall, the airport is just a small building minly used bu the flying school but can operate as a small commercial airport if required, and is a good place to go for lunch.
