The workers came over on time and were very nice, but apparently there was some question about the integrity of the hoop itself. They installed it without asking any questions, and after they left I noticed the hoop could only extend to a max of 6 feet tall, rendering it useless. Why wouldn't you talk to me before you cemented it in? Now I'm out $225 and all they offered to do is cut it down and I got the reply " we did what you asked us to do." * update: the "Fabulous Mr. Fix It" still hasn't removed the hoop as promised. Did anyone notice how the respondent was defensive and didn't try to rectify the situation? Ya... me too. (4/23/2020)

Installed new floor and put the new tub in. Next the floor tiles were replaced, as well as the tub surround. The specialty tiles makes it look so beautiful. The new black hardware pops on the grey tiles. Mike installed the new vanity and sink, as well as new toilet. Mike is honest and hard working. Communication was wonderful and good quality work. The job cost what was quoted. Mike and his team feel like part of our family now.
