His last message to me was "Dude, I told you I would get with you when I went over numbers. Been busy and haven't finished. I left keys at house with meter can." I highered Jon Kipp more than a year and a half ago and he had not even finished half of what the contract said he would do and kept putting me off with his busy stuff.
