Our family has used Lima Flooring for other homes and rentals over the years and we'll never use them again!! Don't be fooled by them sending an "independent" representative to inspect, he is anything but "independent"!! Very disappointed. Poor customer service and the length of time it took them to respond to initial concern was unacceptable. Now we are stuck with a less than perfect floor and out thousands and thousands of dollars between product and labor. Poor word of mouth and poor customer service will affect Lima Flooring's bottom line!!!
