It took 9 weeks for them to assign another contractor. They assigned Lawton Handyman! Best thing that could have happened. When I spoke with them and let them know how long we had been waiting, they jumped right in. They came the same day, ordered a new ice maker and installed it on Sunday afternoon!!! Not your normal repairmen! They went above and beyond to help us because of all that we had been through. They had no part in the fiasco but they still wanted to make it right! If you're reading the reviews, then you should be aware of this company and Jorge Castro the man who runs it. He has a history with screwing people over and constantly having to go to court/small claims etc. He sub contracts alot of the work to other people, and you're basically paying him to be a middle man. Do not do business with this company, unless you want to be swindled by him. There are many of us who have been scammed by this man, who are reporting him to AG Gentner Drummond, the Attorney General of Oklahoma. I saw other reviews saying look it up.
