I initially went here for tyres and found out the do other stuff too so I thought I'd give them a try. Sujit and his team are excellent. They have great knowledge and my car hasn't had any issues since I started taking it here for regular servicing. If you need something done to your car, they'll tell you. If you don't then they won't make something up just to get more money out of you. They actually value customers and treat them with respect and courtesy. As an example, I picked up my car from its service just before writing this review and I expected it to need new brakes. Sujit told me my current brakes still have 60% of the pads remaining and a lot of life left in them. Other mechanics around would tell you that you need new ones. Mechanics are like dentists - if you find a good one, keep them! They're invaluable and will save you money in the long run. I recommend these guys for all your car's mechanical needs.

Great customer service!…read more Had to take my car in for repairs and panel beating twice in 2 months. They're the local repairer for Progressive Insurance. On the first occasion the actual cost came in less than their original quote. On the second occasion both the labour and parts came in at less the estimate, and about 1/10th the cost of the repairs estimated by the local dealer. They showed me their invoice for the original VW part imported from Germany. When a wrong part was sent to them by mistake, they reordered it quickly and came in on the weekend just to get the job done. Frank and his staff are friendly, honest and look after their customers.
