Initially did good work, but something happened and they changed up in mid 2025. - Accepted payment for work not done, went no communication. Refused refund or to do the work and deliver the plants we paid for. - Enrolled us in autopay without permission. - Did not complete work agreed upon even after repeated conversations. - The quality of the mowing went downhill and their employee stopped bagging up clippings, leading to us having an embarrassing conversation with out HOA.

We hired Billy Jones and his wife, Jamie Jones, co-owners of Rescue Grading & Landscaping, also known as Rescue Outdoor Living and Pinnacle Mountain Outdoor Solutions, to complete our backyard. Our yard was demolished and left unfinished. Almost 12 weeks later, the promised materials were never delivered, and Billy stopped showing up or answering our calls. An equipment rental company even came to our home looking for a machine they told us had been rented for our project but had not been paid for. We are now left with an unsafe, unusable backyard and will have to hire someone else to repair and complete the work. Please be extremely careful before hiring Billy Jones, Jamie Jones, or any of these companies. We have pictures, messages, payment records, and videos documenting our experience. We are sharing this because nobody else should be left in this situation.

Their selection of wreaths was very skimpy. I got two plain wreaths and was shocked they were $20 since they were nothing but branches on a cheap wire frame. I paid another $10 for a bow to attach. They had no kissing balls at all. My wreaths started to turn brown before Christmas even arrived. Very disappointed as I was trying to shop local/shop small business. I'll just go to Lowes next year for better selection and price.
