I am very pleased with the job Antonio and his crew did painting the exterior trim of our house. His professionalism and attention to detail show in the beautiful results. The house has natural cedar sidewall shingles and he was careful to cover the shingles to protect them from paint. He painted the new gutters in place and removed the downspouts to paint those. Antonio explained everything clearly in advance. He had many new, high-quality paints and products to recommend for various aspects of the job. It's an old house with many layers of paint, and they scraped very thoroughly before painting so I know it will look good for a very long time. After getting a few estimates, I chose T&S Painting as his price was fair and I felt he was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Plus, the paint he uses is good quality. I had a couple of shutters that were not in good shape. Instead of just replacing with "ready-made" shutters, Antonio made new shutters using redwood. So grateful to have found T&S recommended by a neighbor on NextDoor!! Antonio and his crew worked hard for 3 full weeks, Monday through Saturday, dedicated to making the exterior of our house look new. In addition to exterior paint, the crew also did a significant amount of carpentry work, replacing gable siding with new board and batten, repairing wood rot on our covered porch, installing a new door, and adding a couple new corbels to the roof. They even helped arrange a roofer to make repairs to some shingles on the porch. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and the great care they went to cleaning up each day and making sure even the neighbors' cars were covered to prevent any paint splatter. He also added extras, like installing new door hinges and hardware, with no additional labor cost. This is hard to believe that this company has only 3 reviews. There is no need for anyone to look further than T&S. Tony and Ofilio are so great to work with and so easy going. I had a hard time picking a color for the outside of my house and just kept putting him on hold with it and he had no problem. He just said, let me know when you're ready and I'll pick up the color you want. They just made sure everything was meticulously done and I have gotten so many compliments on my home since they've finished! Everyone has said what a beautiful paint job! So if you need your housed painted, no need to look further than him if he has time. Also very fair in his pricing! He and Ofilio even put up outdoor lighting for me.
