These guys were awesome. Our HVAC suddenly quit last night and I figured we would be sleeping in 95-degree heat for a few days. This world needs more service people like these guys! I am so pleased. They were polite and called before they made it to my house. They arrived basically when they said they were going to. Our AC was not running cool and after a short hot panic, we called these guys and they were able to come out the same day. It seems like a family business. Maybe father and son came out. I asked questions and they were happy to answer. After filling my freon or the like, they told us to live with it a few days and they would call and check up on us. They also said they would send us the bill. I usually expect service people to tell you that the sky is falling and that you need all kinds of additional work. These guys were straight forward and helpful. I highly recommend them and hope they get a ton of business, they deserve it. read more

I was stuck because of another contractor dropping the ball. They just never showed up and it was after 5PM. Even though it was after hours, Farhan from T&T answered the phone and promised he could make it the next morning, and that he would call before he came. He not only called, he showed up. He did the HVAC cleaning and inspection quickly and best of all, he was very reasonably priced. (Much lower than the other guy) Our HOA - Fox Mill Station - requires an annual HVAC inspection and was extremely pleased that someone as professional and friendly as Farhan was available. I had a pleasure of meeting a true professional HVAC service provider, Farhan today. He is honest, trustworthy and takes great care of his customers. I highly recommend using T&T Associates for any kind of HVAC services. I was always skeptical about tune up service providers as they would come up with unknown surprise problems to add up more on final invoices, particularly those big annual service contract providers that would end up costing several times more than if you would not bother having them. I used to have an annual service contract with a larger well known company that I fired after their technician tried to sell me a new water heater when a prior owner replaced the unit just a couple years before that with them. He did not even bother to check before trying to fool the new homeowner. Fahan with T&T Associates proved that there were still honest service providers out there. We could not possibly be more satisfied with the service received from T&T. Our heat went out during a very cold weekend, and with a 92-year-old man in the house it was definitely an emergency. I called T&T because there was a sticker on the furnace with their contact information. They came out the same day. They got the furnace going enough to keep us warm, but not unexpectedly, our issue (neglecting to have a filter for who knows how long) required a new furnace. The new furnace was installed within a couple of days. The no-filter issue also affected our A/C, and they came and installed a new unit the following week. Throughout the process, they were professional, explained everything thoroughly, and were especially kind to us and to the oldster. I have used several A/C Heat folks in this area since I moved here 6 years ago. Let's talk about this company. My landlord has a home warranty in which i have to pay service calls of around $75. We have had several different companies show up over the years but T and T was the last one we had. and boy, they were excellent. They gave me a window of time that they would arrive. They treated it as the emergency call that it was. Our heat went out just the night before and we have a young child at home. I received a call from a guy named Farhan. He said that although they were really backed up, he understood my predicament and would send somebody out within the next 3 hours. Farhan himself showed up at my house 45 minutes later. When he arrived he was professional and ensured that he would not bring in any dirt from the outside. He explained that all his techs were busy and he came out to personally take care of us. He examined my issues with my furnace and discovered a bad igniter. He had the part on his truck and was able to immediately repair the furnace. The heat being restored, he checked over the other components and air intake system and found the air filter needed replacing and replaced it free of charge. The service call was $75 and they did all the paperwork for the home warranty company. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. read more

Ferhan was EXCELLENT! Our A/C Unit was out and he figured out the problem in a matter of minutes! Instead of a generic voicemail, I actually talked to Farhan, the co-owner. He arrived promptly and was nothing but friendly and professional. When our ac broke during one of the hottest times this month, we called several companies. Many said thy couldn't come out until the next day. After spending a night in a 90 degree house, it had to be fixed asap. Based on the reviews on yelp, I called T and T. They said they'd be there between 3-6 that evening. I called at 6:30 to see what was going on and whoever answered was pretty rude and laughed when I expressed that I was frustrated; I hung up on him. Despite the fact that they were about 45 minutes outside of the window (showed up at about 6:45), the techs that came out were great. We rent and they let us forward the bill to our landlord. read more

They tried to gauge me with a $75 quote fee and an estimate of $6500-$8000 for a 2ton split heat pump and air handler unit for a condo. Without looking at the unit insides they wanted to do a complete replacement. The fee was only stated after I refused the quote. Be ware of these guys very sleazy practices. read more

Somewhat disappointed. Went with these guys since they explicitly said they would bill me (Landlord) instead of tenant. Guy onsite says he needs to be paid immediately upon service completion. Charged $250 for 5 lbs of Freeon (includes mandatory service fee of $100). The freeon price of $30/lb isn't too bad though, but I am not planning on calling these guys again. Was somewhat funny as a separate AC unit broke today and I called another AC guy who came out (Saturday on Memorial weekend) within 1.5 hours and replaced AC capacitor. Just goes to show that treating customers the right way leads to future business or lost business. Todays repair reminded me to write this review. read more

I'm mad it's taken me three weeks to write about these guys. They're great! My AC died on May 1 -- the hottest weekend we've had in a long time. I called these guys on May 2 (a Sunday!) after efforts with every other company failed. Not only did they answer, but they had my system running three hours later! They were gracious, explained what happened, labeled my a/c unit (lots of units in my townhouse community) and even switched out my air filter. Here's hoping that I won't have to see them soon, but if I do, I won't use anyone else. read more

We had a heat pump die on a freezing cold day. Called 2 other, bigger places, both said it would be 4 days and wanted to be sure we knew it would be at least $200 to come look. We saw reviews for T&T and called them next. They said they would arrive within the hour, on a Friday afternoon (!) and they did. Fast and efficiently diagnosed the problem, which was failure of 2 systems, both over 17 years old, and we knew both were on borrowed time anyway. They got us running on aux heat, changed out my air filters and said they will get back to us early next week with more info on replacement options. When I asked about the price of the service call, I was told, " don't worry about it today, we'll work it out with the replacement." They were great. I will post again after the work is done, but the initial visit and the way they work, I have a feeling they will be less expensive than the bigger guys who gave us quotes six months ago. I asked what they would recommend and why, and the answers made perfect sense - appropriate solution for our house (3 zones) without unnecessary bells and whistles, sensitive to the costs of doing so much at once.
