I purchased a new cart, spent almost 11k they were supposed to modify the cart with sound bar and lights ( the cart also had a scratch) . Before I paid they could do all this and have it to me in a few days....after they get the money they did nothing! I have lost count how many times Chris the mgr/ owner has promised to fix the cart but just never calls or shows up. Whatever he promises, it will not be true... I have never seen such poor customer service! So you have been warned... wish I had checked them out before I bought! They have an "F" rating on the BBB and other negative reviews. I have attached pictures of the shoddy work on lights and the sound bar has never worked... do yourself a favor and drive fast past Scenic City Golf Carts....

Ended up having to get it towed to the bottom of the mountain and goggled auto repair shops. Luckily I saw Certified Auto Repair and had it towed there. It was a small town on Sunday morning: everything was closed. I called the number wanting to leave a message about my car, but to my surprise the owner answered! Bryan was so sweet when i explained the situation and promised someone would be there by 8 am, even if it wasn't him. Note: he was speaking with while going through a family challenge and i truly appreciate him. Long story short, he called me in the morning and beat me to the shop! Him and his guys were able to jupm it and get it in the shop. It was a bad battery: they called O'Reilly and had it delivered, put in and me on the road with better directions than GPS, which saved me 1/2 an hour, all before 9:15 am!! The amazing thing: they didn't fleece me on the price, were super nice and very professional. How i wish he was in my town because he would absolutely be my mechanic. As a single woman, I cannot recommend him and the shop enough. I always felt safe, heard and respected

The location of the puncture was close to the sidewall so it was somewhat tricky to patch...not too difficult but great teamwork was what I saw in these guys. The best part of my experience was when the owner sent me on my merry way without asking for a payment. What a Christian fellow! He knew we were on the road and I was with my family.
