I felt as though I was treated as a low priority. I had my taxes there for over 2 months and no one called to update me nor did they say upfront it would take this long. It took multiple phone calls on my end and leaving a voicemail with the person doing my taxes(no phone call returned) to keep getting the status to see when they were going to get to them. I finally had to get them and take them to another preparer because of the lack of responsiveness to my needs.
