Do not come here! All they want is money. They will put people on your nails that don't know what they're doing. I was patient with the lady and tried to tell her what to do, 3 people helped her and then she tried to say it was my fault my nails messed up. She laughed the whole time I told her it was wrong. This was my first time at this place. I agree with many of the other posts regarding language and. Demeanor. For me, I had one of the twins (the one with the son) who gave me a pedicure. He was good. I wish incould grade them separately. My mom had James (the older guy with the thick Elvis hair. His massage looked great. He gave my mom a pedicure. Both James and the twin deserved 4 stars at least. However it was the older lady that did my refill that knocked their score down significantly. She sat that the last chair. I believe she was the oldest female. During my refill, she damage my cuticles on 3 fingers. I was literally bleeding. She wore glasses but I have never been butchered like this. One of the cuticles was bleeding. I brought this to her attention and she said, "I clean it for you". She then attempted catveye with a magnet that clearly didn't work. When I told her just regular is when the native tongue kicked in and the poor attitude. She injured me and gave me attitude. Whatever you do, don't go to the older lady. You may have better luck with the twins. I'm not too sure how the do on nails. I just know that the old lady should not be doing anyone's nails. I am unable to wash dishes because my cuticles burn when I put them in dish water. The prices were comparable nothing special. read more

Okay so I've been going here for a while, if you decide to go please ask for Van, he is the BEST at this place. He takes his time and is super gentle to your nails and is very nice. Everyone else isn't as good as him. And I've noticed that their manicure service is declining... I just got my nails done here and sadly I've never been more upset about my nails. I wasn't going to say anything because I don't want to come across as rude but I had to. The lady who did my nails, she didn't tell me her name, did an awful job. She left Acrylic on my skin, and filed one side of my nail a lot more than the other side. My nails aren't even and she cut my skin from filing too rough. She even told me to get a different color then I chose and was rude about it. She filed my nails 5 times with different nail files, 5 WHOLE TIMES!! And after she cut my nail, during her next round of filing with a different filer, I asked her to leave my finger alone. She didn't and I had to pull my hand away from her. I asked for the manager, Only to make her aware of what happened and she gave me a 5 dollar discount. Which I mean is alright but 5 dollars? No offers to redo or anything else. Needless to say I'm going somewhere else. Again Van is the best! So ask for him if you go and I guarantee you won't be disappointed! read more

DEFINITELY NOT the service they use to offer! Went today for pedicure and full set. Was talked into "ombré" full set as it's supposed to look better... BUT it certainly does NOT! Full set is $65 and looks worse than $3.00 press ons! The nails are not fitted to the real nail, they are uneven, super sharp and look ridiculous! Also, be aware when asked during pedicure if you want them to do callous remover it's a whopping $10.00 UPCHARGE they don't mention. I had a VIP pedicure and "ombré" powder nails. Very nice experience, my technician was very skilled and took his time with my services, I never felt rushed. I will definitely come back to this business. I didn't give the highest rating because I requested something a little different than what I got.. but it turned out just as fabulous! I decided to stop at this place on my commute from Maryland to Virginia. They had great reviews. My experience was subpar. I called to make an appointment and they accommodated me. I arrive and was told to have a seat in a pedicure chair. Someone came to turn on my water and it was a scolding hot and no one came to check on me. The woman that did my pedicure was good, however I did not receive the deluxe pedicure I requested and if I did they should be ashamed to call it deluxe. I requestes a dip manicure and I am certain I did not receive the correct color. my did manicure was bulky and ugly, however after spending 3 hrs there I was just ready to go. It's nothing special. I was in search of a nail salon to get the dip powder done. I took a chance and I'm extremely happy I did. I walked in without an appointment around 11am on a Tuesday (this might not be the case always so call ahead and see if they can squeeze you in. I got lucky). Van took me right away and got started. They and a good selection of dip powder to choose from. Van was polite, consistently checked my nail shape and length to make sure it was even with my other hand. This place is amazing! Not only do they take walk-ins they greeted me and treated me as nice as if I had an appointment! They also took percentage off my nails because they loved the nail style I chose. It was my first time going there and I got to say that was a good experience and they did amazing on my nails(as you can see in the pic). Horrible nail salon. Went in for dip nails. She cut my cuticles to the point they still are sore. I asked her to file my nails a little bit and she went and cut them down. I didn't want to say anything because regardless it was too late. The way she applied the dip powder was beyond horrible. I've gotten dip for over 2 years now. She didn't buff or smooth out my nails. I have parts of my nails that are missing the dip powder and the cuticles and skin around my nails have dip powder. She didn't even clean them up after wards. I went today to get my nails done and had to ask to get my nails fixed on three separate occasions before ever leaving the store. We got there at 10:45am and it was nice and empty. Then around 11:20ish it was PACKED and one lady didn't even have a mask on and they never made her put her mask on. When it started getting busy THATS when moment I realized I messed up going there. My nails were so bad, and my moms nails just tragic. I paid $130 for the both of us and it was NOT worth it. When I asked them to fix my mom's nails one of the ladies look at my moms nails & called over the lady that did her nails and pointed to different spots on her nails & she fixed everything. If it wasn't for the lady that fixed my moms nails I would've given it a 1 star. read more

Tina did a phenomenal job! I tried 3 other local nail salons before I found this gem & I haven't left since. I got the SNS dip for $40. If you add a tip to your nail it is $45. They take your temperature when you come in and also have sanitizer at every station. Very clean inside and are taking good precautions during this time! After trimming them too short, she complained my nails were too hard to paint when they were short. She stated this multiple times as if it was my fault I genetically don't have "longer" nails. If I could leave negative stars i would. avoid this place at all costs unless you want multiple infected fingers and toes and have to take antibiotics to clear it up. I live far away and only went to this place because my friend lives in the area. The second I saw the lack of sanitation, i should have left, but I thought maybe they cleaned tools and equipment in the back, NOPE. They do not properly clean tools between clients, do not use liners in the soaking water for your pedicure and have gross habits (cutting my cuticles and dumping them in the water my hands were soaking in, washing their heads in customer sinks). I thought maybe I was exaggerating, but it was BAD. The grossest nail salon I have ever been in. First, I had to ask them to fully paint my toes when they were done because of all the missed spots. Then when I sat down to get my nails done, they walked away and didn't explain to me that they needed to switch techs for about 10 minutes, so I switched to a man. He then rolled his eyes at what I wanted done and when I asked him to put a tip on one broken nail, he acted like it was such a pain and went "ugh really". so then he works on my nails, he files them so poorly, not a single nail is even and all different lengths. Man did not know when to stop filing. Then he cuts my cuticles and dumps the loose skin into the water my hands were soaking in (they also put marbles in the water that i did not see them cleaning between guests) When he goes to get my colors, he made me stand up and hold them for him before coming back to paint them. After painting, he proceeds to file them again to the point he cut a few fingers and caused them to bleed. At that point, I was fed up with the poor quality and just paid to leave. I waited for my friend and the second she saw my nails, she pointed out how horrible they looked and that my fingers were bleeding. I woke up the next day with my one finger throbbing and completely swollen to half way down the finger. It was painful to the touch, and it was clearly infected. Then another nail did the same and one of my toes. I had to take antibiotics to clear up the infection. I reached out to the business in writing to try and get refunded and they kept contradicting themselves. One second they can't refund at all, then I'm told i need to drive back (over an hour away) for them to look at my nails (which i already received medical help for to clear it up) before they can refund me. THEN they say they cannot refund credit cards. Please avoid this place as it is not clean, they do not do a good job, and you might leave infected like I did. read more

I had the worst experience today. I made an appt today at 10 am (birthday). When I got there the lady at the desk said the guy who was supposed to be doing my mani/pedi was running late because the customer before me extended her service. She said he would be finished in 30 mins, so I bit my tongue and said fine I will be in the car have him call me when he is done. At 10:30 she called me and said he was ready. When I came in she said Pick your nail color and have a seat in the first both. When I went to the booth ( now it's 10:45) there was no water prepared and when I looked over he was still working on her feet (not cool). I sat for 5 mins and then got up put my polish back and headed for the door, she mumbled something about me leaving and I said I have other appts that I would miss I'm leaving. Told them up front wanted callous removal, they charge extra $5. Pedicurist started to put on polish and I asked about callous removal. She showed me a bottle of lotion said that was callous treatment. Only problem was lady next to me had her callouses grated when they asked her. I got less service, but charged same. Found this place by accident. All of the technicians are fabulous and do a great job. I have never had an issue and I've had multiple people do both my nails and toes done. I have gone in for pedicures, gel mani, poweder mani, acrylic tips, gel fills, and eyebrow wax and I've never been disappointed!
