ENTER...802 Builders! They are amazing, and true professionals. They roll in with every piece of equipment you could imagine, arrive on time, are kind and communicative, and after six months of waiting on others -- they are banging out a beautiful job, just in the first day they're here. I'm giddy with excitement as my punch list gets smaller and smaller and it's all taking shape. I feel so blessed to have found them and, though you have to be patient to wait your turn, they are fast, efficient, friendly and it was well worth the wait. The workers would show up one day for 2 hours and then get called away. after 3 months of having to call to find out when the workers were going to show we finally got a bathroom shower installed. Revive Finishes is the replacement company for Utopia Construction and Design. Utopia Construction and Design was created after NEC Construction 603 LLC received 15 consumer complaints with the NH Attorney General Office and has been under investigation for over 16 months. Caitlin Vittum currently has two theft by deception cases filed against her in Hillsborough County AND one count of theft by deception plus nine counts of issuing bad check filed against her in Cheshire County. Christopher Vittum currently has two theft by deception cases filed against him in Hillsborough County. They also have lost multiple small claims and civil court cases owning people thousands of dollars for failure to complete construction contracts and poor quality work. Take the time to check the New Hampshire business registration database and you will see that the company Revive Finishes is not legally registered as required by NH law for any company using a DBA (Doing Business As) name. FYI - The Vittums acting under NEC Construction 603 LLC defrauded me for $24,600 and another Antrim resident was taken for $43,200.
