DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. He has conned me out of my deposit of £1400. He claims he needs 25% deposit upfront; DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY. He lulls you into a false sense of security by sending invoices/receipts by email. Him and his so called team of subcontractors were supposed to come and install a boiler last week to then install a bathroom suite this week, they failed to turn up 3 days in a row and then when I asked for my deposit back, they have blocked my number. I have reported this to the police/Action Fraud and I will be taking legal action shortly. Hopefully I can get my money back but I believe this fraudster has provided a false name/address. He has conned another customer (see above review) - it appears he changes his number, I believe he also changes his company name etc once he receives bad reviews. The details I have for his so called sub contracted plumber; when you put the number into Google - it comes back as a waste collection agency??? I have been naive and I have unfortunately lost my money to these so called crooks. He also tries to use false sick excuses for e.g. when the "plumber" didn't turn up, I tried calling Richard constantly but he claimed to be at hospital with his "sick son". When my sister tried calling his phone because he blocked my calls, his partner picked up and said she hasn't heard of the company or Richard. **WARNING** Do Not Use this so called company. The job they agree to is not the job they complete. They were suppose to render our house. Instead we've been left with a 1/4 badly rendered house, a ruined garden of plaster and materials, blocked drains from plaster. Richard the 'boss' is never on site, and will ignore all communication, very childish. To top this off Richard has also taken most of the money, claiming he can not carry on without payment.
