The drive-up teller proceeded to assist me since her lines were not extremely busy at the drive-up (which I do appreciate since it saves me time). So why the reason for the low review? This same girl who was considerate enough to assist her colleagues during busy time was not considerate enough to keep my account information on the DL. I was a former teller and one of the things that you never do is say the customer's account number, balance, or personal information out loud. Actually, whether or not you are a former teller, if you have EVER handled confidential information, you know better than to say that sh[i]t out loud! So here she goes rambling off my account number OUT LOUD, and my balance OUT LOUD. Clearly, she did not know any better because I finally had to point out to her: "Would you mind not saying my information out loud? That is my personal information and I'd really like to not be robbed on my way outta here." BOA - you really need to re-train your tellers if they are disclosing confidential information out loud.
