They do exactly what they say they would do, no fuse, nothing was a problem and they made the whole job from start to finish easy. We asked for a quote, we got a written one with everything laid out with pricing, what was to be done and an estimate of how long. They came along when the weather was a good for them to work and they got on with the job. The took two days to complete the job and each day cleaned up any mess and left the place spotless. Part of the job was to remove one chimney and take below tile level and the job is so good you would never think a chimney was there.
