Perla looked very hard to find the boot based on my description only since I didn't have the item # or SKU. To my surprise, Perla found the boot and went above and beyond by offering to transfer the boot from Delaware to my local store, and Tom (Delaware store manager) was EXTREMELY AND INCREDIBLY helpful in making sure that the boots arrived in only a few days. This store's customer service is on the level of Chick-Fil-A...I give it five stars!!! These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.
